By using the services provided by Goals Restorations LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services
2. Services Provided
Goals Restorations LLC specializes in credit repair, credit building, and credit education services.
- We assist in disputing inaccuracies and negative items on your credit report.
- We provide tailored advice to help clients build better credit habits.
- We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, as results may vary based on individual circumstances.
3. Legal Compliance
Our services comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and applicable laws in Florida.
- Clients have the legal right to dispute any inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on their credit reports.
- Clients may cancel their agreement with Goals Restorations at any time, as outlined in section 8.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
- Monthly service fees begin at $94.
- Clients are not charged per item removed from their credit report.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the conditions of our Money Back Guarantee (section 7) are met.
- Payments are due on the agreed date and will recur monthly unless canceled.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your credit repair process, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and financial information.
- Forward any correspondence from credit bureaus or creditors to Goals Restorations within five (5) days of receipt.
- Maintain timely payments for services rendered.
- Understand that your active participation is required for the success of the credit repair process.
6. Results Disclaimer
While Goals Restorations strives for positive results, we do not guarantee:
- Removal of every negative item on your credit report.
- Specific credit score improvements.
- Approval for credit applications, loans, or other financial products.
Each case is unique, and results depend on factors beyond our control, including your financial behavior during the process.
7. Money Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund of all service fees if:
- Less than 25% of disputed negative items are removed within twelve (12) months.
- You have complied with the client responsibilities outlined in section 5.
- You have not used another credit repair service or attempted self-repair within two (2) years prior to signing up.
- You submit updated credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) within five (5) days of receipt.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice at least five (5) days before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation requests should be sent via email to info@goalsrestorations.com or mailed to our office at P.O. BOX 16 Tallevast Rd, Sarasota, FL 34270.
9. Confidentiality and Data Security
We prioritize the security of your personal information.
- All data provided to Goals Restorations is protected under bank-level encryption.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to perform services or comply with legal obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Goals Restorations LLC is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Decisions made by creditors, lenders, or credit bureaus outside of our control.
- Financial losses or legal actions resulting from your credit or financial behavior.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, FL.
